I am sorry writen this in English but I need help. November 22 2018 I sent cancelation letter to with senden number to Vodafone and Kabel Deutshland, I would like to cancel My TV kabel internet March 30 2019.  I still did not get no response. I am moving back to Amerika and I would lile to cancel my contract. plaease, any one can help me Thank you.

I am sorry to say this in english. I am leaving Germany to return to South Dakota USA. I would like to cancel my phone and I already have a letter to Vodafone, canceletion letter at November 22 2018 with sendunnumbe I want to cancel February 2019 which I gave three months notice. Please, can you help me?

If it is a landline, you'll have to pay for 3 additional months from the day you leave Germany or the day your cancellation in received by Vodafone - the later of the two counts.

For mobile contracts: There is no right to prematurely cancel the contract as you can still use the contract abroad as contractually agreed (this includes roaming fees)...

you already reported the move. The cancellation has been processed and the contract ends on 28.02.2019. You have received a confirmation by mail.
