Hello,
Sorry for writing in English, just moved to Germany.
We became a Vodafone customer with CableMax 1000 just recently. Last Friday we got our router by DHL and connected everything according to the instruction (using splitter in our case). Up until now the Internet LED is blinking red. According to the Vodafone shop guy we should have just plugged the router and it should have worked right away.
May be we missed something... Could you please help to sort this out?

I have a similar problem to you. I can see the WIFI signal, and make the connection via my laptop or cellphone. But I have no access to the internet.
Perhaps the technician needs to do something on the gateways.

I see that there is still a ticket open and that an appointment was made for the 12.03.2020, in the time between 14:00 and 17:00 o'clock.
So tomorrow in this time a technician should come to you and set up the connection.
