Hi,
I transfered my cable tarrif contract from saarbrucken to berlin then I received a new customer number. They mentioned to use this new one to register.
However when I go to register it needs activation code that I don't have the new one.
When I enter I don't have it to get new one, I get a message that the customer number is not valid.
Any suggestions? Thanks

Hello Reza_b,
you want to add the contract to the customer portal and need an activation code? We can do that, send me a private message with your name, full address, customer number and date of birth. Important: Afterwards, get back to me here in the thread.
