I have applied on 30.11.2020 to have a cable internet connection 150Mb/sec,
On 01.12.2020 i received a call from the technical partner for vodafone telling me that they can't offer me cable connection as my building is not suitable.
According to that how I can cancel the contract? I still didn't receive any confirmation and I would like to cancel it as soon as possible?

Hi @Gareer, you have to do nothing. VF will cancel the contracht.

Hello Gareer,
if we cannot provide you with Internet via cable at your address, your contract will be cancelled or cancelled by us. You do not have to do anything else and you will receive a confirmation from us.
