I ordered Vodafone internet via telephone. Then my nightmare comes. Deutsche Telecom help me to set the line ready. But I never receive the Router!! I call hotline but there are always voilce reminding. After trying hundreds times, I have to give up. So who can help me? Or is there any direct line to hand this issue? I have to pay renting cost monthly for router, but I don't receive it. Isn't it ridiculous?

Please send me a private message with your phone number or customer number and your customer password. Alternatively, name, address and date of birth are also possible.
