Dear Vodafone,
I was promised a Neflix account for 12 months before agreeing for a new contract (GigaTV box).
However, I am not able to register on Netflix using the instructions sent to me with the courier.
It is clearly written on your website that Netflix promo doesnt exist any more.
Could you please explain, why I was lied about Netflix?
Could you please refund me monthly Netflix subscription that i was promised.

Thank you for your quick reply.
I was wrongly informed by your customer care team. I was told that I will get it for sure.
I consider it as cheating to mislead people to sign a new contract.
Now, I have to cancel my contract and send the GigaTV box back, juse because of Vodafone's lack of transparency.

I understand that the promotion is valid till the stock lasts.
But the customers should be informed about that before booking a contract (as I did by phone).
Had your company been honest, you should have admitted your mistake.
Such marketing strategies to fool people dont help for sure....
