My cabel connection is down since 22 Sept 2020. Everytime I call, they say the system is being rebooted, etc and mostly hang down the phone.
And unfortunately, the issue is not resolved yet. I request the Vodafone team to please attend the issue seriously. It is very difficult to do homeoffice without the internet for 20 days. It might be issue with the router or so. Moreover, I am paying the money and not being able to enjoy its benefits.

can you reach the modem GUI? You can find the credentials on the label. What model is it and which federal state do you live in?
