Hello,
I have a FritzBox 6591 and internet plan of 1000 Mb download / 50Mb upload, but the internet is really slow, even using LAN cable. On the vodafone speed test the best result that I was able to achieve was 700 Mb download / 9 Mb upload. With this upload speed I can't use the internet for video conference. Considering that I'm working from home due to the corona outbreak, that is a real problem, vodafone internet quality is affecting my work.
I've tried request support throught Whatsapp and phone, but without any success.

Thanks for the offer, but I'll have refuse it. Unfortunatelly, internet in these times of COVID is a professional tool for me and I need to rely on it. With the current issue it has been almost impossible to work, so I have no alternative other than book another service, which I already did.
So, cosidering that the internet is barely unusable which means that Vodafone is not fulfilling its part of the contract, I hereby request the termination of my contract with Vodafone without any penalties or addtional fees by February 1st, 2021.
