I have recently ordered Phone cable 1000 internet and then unitymedia sent the device but due to no name on door device returned back to the unitymedia.
And i checked with customer care chat and they told me that your contract is deleted and you have to place a new contract and then i place a new contract again .
Now i have received a letter from Vodafone with customer number and also on my number i got the message that my product has been activated but i have no device.
I tried unitymedia helpline but nobody is speaking english .
Please help and let me know what information you required from me.:fearful:
