Hi team,
I have 2 contracts from Vodafone.
1. Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable
2. mobile contract which is combined with Internet contract
There are 2 transactions from my bank account.
1. on 28th August of 24.83 euros which included mobile phone charges as well
it was deducted with name: Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH
2. 2nd on 8th September of 13.98 euros. There is no invoice on the online portal for these charges.
It was deducted with name: Vodafone GmbH
Even if second charge is for mobile connection, it should be 4.99 euros as confirmed at the starting of contract and first transaction of 24.83 also should not be the same.
please fix the issue.
