Hello,

I'm moving into a new address in Berlin and wanted to trigger a location change to my contract.

Can somebody help me with that?

Thanks

Hi ISpoonJelly,

please inform us of your move via the move service in the customer portal. Our colleagues will then take care of the processing.

Best regards

Lars

Hi Lars,

Thank you for forwarding me to the right link.

I've submitted a move request but I have another question, in the Internet availability check it shows that my new address only has DSL with up to 16Mbit/s.

I want to know how reliable is the availability check. Is it possible that there are highers speeds at that location?

Thanks.

Hi,

you'd have to check with my DSL colleagues. You are welcome to make a separate thread in the DSL board.

Best regards

Lars

What about the cable speed availability? How can I know about that?

If there is no cable connection at the new address, then no Internet is available via the cable connection - it is logical, isn't it? Otherwise, you could simply report a move and take your contract with you unchanged.

I don't get it, how do I know what is available and what is not?

Everything shown in the Internet availability check is possible, but nothing more.

Hello Lars,

I submitted the form on the move service page but I got no email or nothing as a result.

How do I know if my form is being processed?

Hi ISpoonJelly,

when did you send in the form? It always takes a while.
