Yes. I have a Vodafone-Kabel contract. Since i had moved to stuttgart , i want to know what are the options i have like moving the contract, cancelling the contract ., etc

there are two options. Since cable does not work there, the contract can be terminated with a period of 3 months. If you want to stay with us and DSL is available, you can get a new contract.
