I moved to a new address, and need to cancel my Vodafone Cable contract.
I tried to call the 0800-7239653 but they only speak German and were not helpful at all.
My new address does not have cable at all (only fiber optic from a different provider) and I need to figure out how to terminate my contract.
Does anyone have any idea on how to do this?

because our products are not available at your new address, the contract can be terminated with a period of 3 months. For this we need proof (re-registration).
