Move Service from Nuremberg to Heidelberg

Hello Team,

I recently moved from Nuremberg to Heidelberg and called up the Kable Deutschland umzug service hotline.

The gentleman helped me with the move and sent me an e-mail which mentioned that I would get a fritz box.

Apparently I did receive a package from Vodafone and this was a small giga TV box which needs to be connected to the FritzBox. I havent received the FritzBox yet and have no information of when I would get it. What I am concerned about is that the Kabel Deutschland representative had asked me to send my old equipment and I did send it to Am Tower 222 in Nuremberg. The old equipment was a router and a TV Recorder that I had.

Now I am not sure if my connection has been moved to Heidelberg or not and if I would be paying for 2 connections as I see a new customer number.

Could someone help me with this?

I have already looked at your new address and can tell you that Internet & telephone is not available there via cable. Have you ordered a DSL connection?
