Dear Vodafone Team,
I am Itrat Rubab. I am subscribed to the Vodafone DSL Internet from X*. Details: -
Contract number - xxx*
Customer number - xx*
I wanted to stop the subscription from September, 2018. To do this, I went to the Vodafone franchise in Saarbruecken in June, 2018. I was a few days late. He gave me the address where I sent the termination letter.
I received the reply to my letter of termination and it informed me that my connection was terminated. However, within a few days, Vodafone earlier, the franchise owner said that was not possible.
I received another bill from Vodafone for the month of October, 2018.I went to Vodafone Franchise again with this bill and the person in charge there informed that it was the last bill which would not get any other bill. HOWEVER, I received another monthly bill (for the month of November, 2018 within 10 days.) I went to the franchise again I tried again and again I tried again and again and tried to call my account, in reply to did letter
I would like to make this plea that I am sorry. They will reassure me that I am receiving my monthly bill. I have taken a new connection and did not even live in that apartment for which I keep on receiving monthly bills.
The Vodafone Franchise Representatives in Saarbruecken were not to do. I am a student with limited funds every month, so I would like to take this into consideration,

I wanted to stop the subscription from September, 2018. To do this, I went to the Vodafone Franchise in Saarbruecken in June, 2018. I spoke with the person in charge there and he informed me that it is still possible to stop the subscription although I was a few days late. He gave me the address where I sent the termination letter.
I received the reply to my termination letter and it informed me that my connection was terminated. However, within a few days, I received another letter in which I was informed that the termination would take effect from September, 2019. I had already taken a new connection after receiving the first termination letter and now with this new letter from Vodafone, I was confused as to what had happened although, earlier, the Franchise owner had informed me that it was still possible to terminate my contract.
I received another bill from Vodafone for the month of October,2018, although, I was not using it and had another new connection for which I was already paying. I went to Vodafone Franchise again with this bill and the person in charge there informed me that it was the last bill which I had received and I would not get any other bill. However, I received another monthly bill(for the month of November, 2018 within 10 days. At this point, I did not even live in that apartment anymore. I went to the Franchise again and this time they gave me helpline number, and told me that they would talk in english, which I tried to call and explain my scenario but no one spoke english everytime I tried to call. I went again to the Franchise and this time they gave me an address where they asked me to draft a letter, in reply to that letter they asked me to write here at this forum, which is why I am attempting to write this in the hope that my issue will be heard this time and addressed accordingly.
I would like to make this plea that, I was misguided by the Vodafone Franchise owners starting from the beginning when I went to stop my contract in June, 2018 where they informed me that it was still possible to end the contract when I was a few days late to do so. They repeatedly assured me that the monthly bills would be last ones every month I went following my termination date, when in reality I kept receiving monthly bills after that. I already took an new connection and do not even live in that apartment anymore for which I keep on receiving monthly bills.
I am a student with limited funds every month and thus I am not able to pay for this, I would like to request you to take this into consideration and stop my subscription (end the contract) which the Vodafone Franchise representators in Saarbruecken were unable to do.

Hello Itrat_Rubab,
as you already wrote yourself: Your cancellation didn't arrive in time. Your contract ends on 17th of september 2019.
You didn't mention in your cancellation that you had moved. I prefer the cancellation date. The contract ends in 3 months. You will get a new confirmation.

I've already told you I moved to a different apartment on a different floor BUT IN THE SAME BUILDING.
Now, what does that mean "What kind of contract did you sign on site"?
What are you guys trying to do? Just asking these lame questions to waste my time. Are you ever going to solve my issue?
I've already explained each and everything in my very first post.
Please refer to the main problem that occured due to ignorance of your representatives at vodafone franchises.
It's been more than 10 days since my first post. No progrees in solving the issue, nothing at all. And the main problem haven't been addressed a single time

Please just end the contract. I am not using the internet neither do I have the money to pay for it. Your representatives at vodafone franchise lied to me, misguided me, it's not my fault.

your contract was terminated on 31.01.2019. You should have received the confirmation by now.
