Hi Guys,
My Vodafone kabel connection was supposed to be downgraded to another speed after 1 year of my contract (This is why I opted in the first place). I have called several times to customer service for the same. However, since 2 months I am paying double of what I wanted to pay because of this. Please, can someone take a look?
Please DM for kunndernummer and other information.
