Dear Vodafone Community team,

I am using Kabel Deutschland internet services nearly for 2 years. But for 3 days my internet connection is almost completely lost. My router is resetting intermittently in every 5 to 10 mins, day and night.

It is a cbn CH7466CE model wifi router.

I removed all ethernet cabling behind, turned off all wifi connections, but the device is still resetting. It is 20 mins maximum that the line is steady.

As i can no speak German, no possibility to get immediate help from call center. Can anyone here help?

It is more than 2 weeks now that the router is still resetting in every 5 mins, very annoying. I guess it was for only one day it did not reset during this period.

Anyway, I already made my application to cancel my contract, although i have 5 months till the end i have no other choice. I am waiting for T mobile to deliver my new router, dsl this time.

I wish kabel deutschland service center had a better way of support instead of hanging up after hearing some english words.

Hello johanniv,

 

right now the modem is offline. Did you switch it off or doesn't it work at all now? We may send a technician who checks the line and replaces the modem, if necessary. Are you okay with that?
