Issue with my contract. for one connection i have 3 contracts

Dear Team, 

Sorry my german is not good. 
I have issues with my contracts. I have three customer number

1. xxx (i know this contract is cancelled but i am still accessing this account)
2. xxx
3. xxx

I tried to contact the customer care, unfortunately I am unable to resolve my issue. 
As if now i am using only one line, 100 Internet and Telephone. 

Can you please help me out. The problem is now i am changing my city

Dear @Stephan/Team, 

 

Just want to make sure is there anything that i have to do from my side. Regarding this cancellation. 

 

I have two clarificaiton. 

 

1. Can you please guide me how to return the Router. 

 

2. Past few weeks i am getting call from the number 00493841726396. I see that this is from Vodafone

The issues if I attend the call, no one is talking and disconnected immidately. If i call back the number , again the call is disconnecting "after the message saying that All the agents are busy" 

 

I am receving this call only after submission of my cancellation.

you don't have to do anything else. The contract ends automatically as confirmed in the letter.
