Dear Vodafone Team,

 

Sorry to write this in English. My german is very poor.

 

I have a Vodafone contract only for Internet / Landline (Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable) since June 2018.
In August, I got vodafone TV package  without requesting and I have canceled the order as well.
Now when I checked my invoices, I can see vodafone is deducted 77,72 EUR for this tv contract. could you please help me to resolve this issue?

Hello imby.

 

I've take a look. The contract was made through a distribution partner. Either you were in a store or he was at your home. I can cancel the TV- contract. If you don't want it, I can cancel the contract. Okay?

Hello Tina,

I have already cancelled the TV contract and returned the package (Within 5 days). After that I got the cancel confirmation by email.
But even after cancellation, it is ridiculous that vodafone charged me 77,72 EUR for this tv contract and it should be returned to my account.

Note: I have attached the cancel confirmation document as PM.

yes you wrote a cancellation for this contract and this cancellation is confirmed to the end of the contract term in August 2020.

 

I'm sure you wanted to revoke the contract with this letter. There's a difference between cancelling and revoking. But I'll take you letter as a revoke will do the next steps, so that the charge can be refunded.

Last bill, vodafone returned 27.73 out of  77,72 EUR. I am still waiting to get my 49.99 EUR charged for Bereitstellungsentgelt TV einmalig.
