Hello Sir,
I have newly migrated to Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable from 32 cable internet. Today i have received the invoice for the new connection and i can see there is extra 39,99 euro charged for the "Bearbeitungsgebühr Umzug". But i have received an email from Vodafone on 29/10/2019 after i have requested for the moving to new house and in the email it states that i will not be charged for the "moving" in my case. So i wanted to know why it has been charged now? Could you please explain for this and refund my 39,99 euro?
The email says " Die einmalige Bearbeitungsgebühr bei Umzug in Höhe von 39,99 Euro entfällt in Ihrem Fall."

I'm sorry, there's been a mistake. I have set the amount of the flat rate for the removal. You will see the credit on the next invoice. Sorry for the inconvenience.
