Hi,
I ordered Red Internet & Phone Cable 1000 under the employment benefit programme from my current employer with the following order back in Oct:

I received the contract with this explanation: Bitte beachten Sie: Die Auszahlung Ihrer Gutschrift erfolgt nur, wenn sie uns Ihre erste Rechnung innerhalb von vier Wochen nach Erhalt per Post oder per E-Mail an rechnung@vorteilsprogramm.de, sowie innerhalb von zwei Wochen eine Kopie der unterschriebenen Vertragsunterlagen zusenden und sobald wir von Vodafone Kabel Deutschland die Rückmeldung erhalten haben, dass der Vertrag aktiv und nicht storniert ist. Dies nimmt nach Schaltung 3 bis 4 Monate in Anspruch. Gehen Rechnung und Unterlagen nicht in der vorgegebenen Zeit bei uns ein, können wir die Gutschrift nicht auszahlen.

My understanding was the credit will be payed out after 3-4 months however I haven't been charged yet at least from my bank statement and what I understood of the invoices. I still can't really make sense of the invoices much as credit doesn't seem to align at all. Is the credit in the invoices are extra credit apart from the employment benefit and how does it all add up? May be someone can explain to me. Here are the last two invoices:

welcome to our Community.
As you can see in the order details, you got a discount of 100,- Euro. All following invoices will be charged from this discount until it's expired. That's why there were no debits from your bank account in the first months.
For all other questions regarding your employer's benefit programme, please contact the appropriate channels. We do not have any information for you here.

So, no one has any idea or is the question too complex? Sorry, if I came across as pushy but I just need to wrap my head around all this.

As you can see in the order details, you got a discount of 100,- Euro. All following invoices will be charged from this discount until it's expired. That's why there were no debits from your bank account in the first months.
For all other questions regarding your employer's benefit programme, please contact the appropriate channels. We do not have any information for you here.
