Hi, I live in Munich and have "Red Internet and Phone 50 DSL" plan. The expected connection speed is 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. However I see 14.7 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
I've made a few speed tests at http://speedcheck.vodafone.de :
| date | ticket number | Download speed | Upload speed | latency |
| 2019-01-28 19:45:31 | xxxx | 13.0 Mbps | 9.0 Mbps | 35 ms |
| 2019-01-19 14:35:13 | xxxx | 13.5 Mbps | 9.1 Mbps | 35 ms |
Easybox page so comfirms these numbers:
I'm happy to provide customer ID and my address in order to resolve this issue.
Thanks!
Edit: ID's deleted.

Hi werat,
i'm sorry for this issue. 😞
Please sent me a private message with your customer number, your cellphone number and three speedcheck id's.
I'll check you landline. Depending on how the results turn out, I will ask the technical department for a more detailed check and, if necessary, instruct Telekom to solve the problem.
Best regards,
Norman

Hi again!
It's been more than 6 month already and I still have this problem. The Easybox page still shows 14.7 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, which I'm certain should not be the case. My contract clearly states than the expected speed should be 50 Mbps. I understand that the actual connection speed depends on the landline and current load, but the router page should show the expected speed, right? So far it feels like it's just a software limit, because I have14 Mbps very consistently regardless of the landline load.
Can you take another look at this issue, please?

Hi @werat,
i'm sorry for the issues. 😞
The crosspoint overload is no longer present. I measured a new error on the line and wrote a ticket. My colleagues take a look at it and order the Telekom, if necessary.
You'll get further information via email.
Best regards
Norman
