Hello,
I have an issue with my internet connection disconnecting multiple times a day and would like to speak to someone to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I don't yet speak German well enough to be able to call the general support number. Is there an English support line that I would be able to call?

you're at the right place here :). Do you have a DSL or cable connection? Which federal state do you live in and which router model did you get from us?

I have a cable connection, I am in Munich, Bavaria. The router model I have is TG3442DE.
