Improper Billing

Hi,
AToday I received a letter about a due payment of 52.32 Euros. But on May 22nd and 18th June I already paid amount of 46.76 Euros which is total amount for two months . The proof of amount debited is attached to this message
I am asking to pay twice even the amount is debited from my account.
Could you please review it?

Hello DE6,

have you ever called up your invoice in your customer portal for what the positions are calculated? I like to have a look at your data. Just send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message.
