Good morning,
is there some way how can I check that my payment was successful? Money was sended from my bank account, but I miss in mobile app or website some confirmation, that everything went successfully. I just want to be calm that everything is OK. I know, best way should be call to customer service, but I don't speak german, so I'm searching for some online way to check that. I got Kabel Internet and Mobilfunk, I want to check both of that.

Hello sogy,
nice to see you. You should be able to see it on the customer portal. Under "Kontostand" you can see if there is still an open amount.
What contract are we talking about?
