Geld nicht bekommen obwoh ich VideoRekorder und Smart Card ruckgesendet

I had a Kabel Deutschland Internet connection. After the contract is over I have send the Video Recorder and smart card to the Vodafone back. Due to address change and delay in sending as I was not in Germany due to my professional they deducted 284,99 euros from my account for the 2 devices because of not sending the devices in 2 weeks after end of contract which was Feb 2019 end.

 

I came back to Germany in March end and talked to the customer care and they told me to send back the devices and I will get back my money in my account. Till now I have not received money and upon sending the mail, they told me to ask in the community and the problem will be solved.

 

My Kunden nummer was: 4325*****

 

Could anyone from the vodafone kindly look into this.
