Hallo Vodafone,
I have a started a contract for internet from Vodafone Kabel Deutschland from september 2017 costing 19,99 € /month . The sales executive said that I have an opportunity to take a 3,99 €/month TV connection which is only possible to avail as a combined offer for the internet +TV. Even though I do not posses a TV, i agreed for this option of Basic TV Connection considering that this might be a good deal for 23.98€.
Now early this year i recieved a GIGA TV reciever package even without ordering. This time and till date I still do not have or use TV. I was unable to send this back then due to heavy travelling from work and when I returned this package in March 2018 to the Vodafone service center, they wouldn't accept it and recommended to send this to the returning address in the package.
By this time Vodafoine Kabel Deutschland was already charging me 81 €/month for January, 34 € for February, 41 € for March, 44 for April and 44 € for May as well whenrin the actual cost must have been 23.98 €/month until spetember 2018. I have send the package back at the return address on the 19.03.2018 as arived (without even opening the package).
I am not sure why Vodafone would like to order something on customers behalf and expect them to respond even when they do not have time for such activities. I have not ordered GIGA TV because i do not have a TV at home and hence I have a basic package bought as a back-up in case of change of plans. I have now ended up with no TV and paying for two TV connections. This is simply ridiculous.
In any way I would not expect Vodafone to do such a scan to make an extra income. I would like to know what was the contract like ? who ordered this product as such and from which service center? and would also like to have a copy of the signed contract (I expect someone to have signed this for me paying for this)
I would really appreciate if some quick actions in this regard.
I could extend the contract details of the internet connection, the DHL package number or the details of the account statement of Vodafone's cash withdrawal.

the colleagues have now completely revoked the contract retroactively. The fees incurred will be reimbursed with the next invoice, at the latest the next but one invoice. Of course you will also receive the cancellation confirmation by post. I hope this is helpful for you.

our system says that the contract for GigaTV was submitted by a Vodafone consultant in January. Was there a colleague at your home at that time?

Does this mean that someone has signed a contract on my behalf? Is there a copy I could recieve?
No. I am living with my family there. And we have not talked to any consultants in January. 2018 or in december 2017.
