Dear Sir / Madam,
I relocated from one location to other location in Nuremberg city and during transfer of my connection I called the customer care and which offered me Kabel connection to new location which I subscribed in October 2019.
Note: Earlier I had DSL connection
In my vodafone account I can see the invoices as below and the amount been deducted from my bank account:
November 2019 Bill: 3.55 Euros
December 2019 Bill: 23.24 Euros
January 2020 Bill: 26.97 Euros
so above things are fine.
Issue / Concern
However, Vodafone GmbH also deducted following amount from my Bank as follows and I cannot see any invoices regarding it and don't know the details why this amount has been deducted:
3 December 2019: 19.99 euros
7 January 2020: 34.99 euros
Any help is appreciated
Thank you,
Nilesh

Hi Jens,
As requested above I have messaged you the details.
In my old DSL contract the invoices are still generated and today also a new invoice has been generated as 34.99 Euros.
I am surprised because it was clearly communicated to the customer care that I am relocating and I want to transfer the connection.
Today also a new invoice is been generated of 34.99 euros :(.
So far after relocating these are the invoices generated:
January Invoice: 34.99 Euros
December Invoice: 34.99 Euros
November Invoice: 19.99 Euros
Please refund the amount so far deducted from bank
Thanks and regards,
Nilesh

Thank you Jens for taking care of cancelling the old contract(which should have been closed by the customer care) and assuring me to receive the amount that has been charged after October 30 back to my bank account in next 7 weeks.

Nilesh
