Hi everybody,
as on the title, I'm waiting for the packet with the new router for one week today.
I changed my contract from "Internet & Phone Kabel 100" to "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Kabel" the 17th of September.
I received a tracking number on the day 18th of September.
DHL website shows me the packet from the 19th of Sept as "Out for Delivery" but the last update on the shipment is at 15.39 of that day sying "Was impossible to deliver the packet today, we will try the next working day".
I tried to contact DHL but they told me that is the shipper who has to contact them to ask where is this packet at the moment.
Can someone help me?

Hello again Grit,
Unfortunately today I openeda my bank account and I found that Vodafone made me pay 160€ to haven't give the old router back.
Is there any way to sort out all those mistakes??

Hello again,
The modem cane today with a quote broken pack, but luckily is here.
Will send back the old one tomorrow.
Is there a way to have back the 160€ I peyed with? Is not my fault if the pack arrived only today and I couldn't send old hardware back!

Hi natpari,
I'm glad that the package has finally arrived. So far I haven't charged 160 Euro. That doesn't happen so fast either, I took care of that. If you send the old box back soon, then nothing will happen.

Unfortunately Vodafone already charged me for 160€, so my question was, is there a way to have those money back?

Hi natpari,
do you mean the August bill? Have you checked it? There is no charge for a cable router included. These are normal monthly fees.
