Hello. Sorry, but due to my incapability of German language, I'd like to have customer support in English concerning the termination of my contract: since I moved to a new apartment and your company's service is not available in my new room, I'd like to terminate the contract.
I've already called the centre a couple of times but no one so far spoke English and couldn't make it. So please help....

I deleted cookies and cache.
Also tried with chrome, firefox and opera, however, still can't see.
When I'm not logged in, I can see her profile page, after login, it shows "Element nicht gefunden".
I noticed that I can see other customer support's profile page for example him:

please check if the browsers are up to date. Do you also have the error on the mobile page? Just try to reach our profile via the click path as well. We have tried to recreate it, but this error does not occur with us.

the letter could not be delivered and came back. Don't you have a name on your mailbox? You can also find all letters in your customer portal.
