Hoping for some help. (Acct: ***)
I have my internet with Vodafone (got a friend to call when I had issues then)
And I have recently ordered one of the tv packages. I received an order confirmation and nothing else. A week later, i still hadn't received my tv package. Then, I had a friend call on my behalf, a box was sent, arrived on Saturday. I set it up today. I originally couldn't understand why I didn't have the tv channels I'd ordered (19 June this order was made). So, I logged onto my account to see what was going on, only to find there are now two tv contracts. I have no idea how this happened. And need help deciphering and fixing this. I still want the original package I ordered premium pack with International English channels.

Hi MusicTJ,
we cancelled the contract with the CI+ and changed GigaTV to GigaTV Premium and Kabel Digital Englisch.
You have now
TV Connect 10,-€
GigaTV Premium HD 14,99€
Kabel Digital Englisch 4,-€
You will get the written confirmations in the next few days, but you can see the changes earlier online in your customer account.

TV International English for 4,-
with CI+Module
Start of contract: 28.06.2018
2.
Giga TV for 9,99 €
with our GigaTV 4k Box
Start of contract: 29.06.2018
The CI+ module was sent out at the end of June. Did you receive it now?

No, I haven't received the CI+ module. I don't quite understand how I ended up with two contracts. As I stated in the message I sent you today, I would like to cancel the contract with the CI+ module (which I still haven't received) and add the International English tv to the Giga TV 4k Box.

Hello MusicTJ,
I'll pass it on to our logistics department. The CI +modul must be somewhere.
I'm canceling the first contract. For this I book the tariff "Kabel International Englisch" on the Giga Box. However, there is a price difference. In the other contract the package "HD Premium" was included why "Kabel International Englisch" only costs 4,- €. With the tariff "GigaTV" the abo costs 9,99 €. The option "TV Connect" (cable connection for 10,- €) must remain.
Let me recapitulate:
GigaTV 9.99 €
TV Connect 10,- €
Kable International Englisch € 9.99
