Hi,
Hoping for some help. (Acct: ***)
I have my internet with Vodafone (got a friend to call when I had issues then)
And I have recently ordered one of the tv packages. I received an order confirmation and nothing else. A week later, i still hadn't received my tv package. Then, I had a friend call on my behalf, a box was sent, arrived on Saturday. I set it up today. I originally couldn't understand why I didn't have the tv channels I'd ordered (19 June this order was made). So, I logged onto my account to see what was going on, only to find there are now two tv contracts. I have no idea how this happened. And need help deciphering and fixing this. I still want the original package I ordered premium pack with International English channels.

Hi again Stephan,
I just realised my last message was unclear.
What I meant to say was that I'd like to have the CI+ cancelled, and have all the packages you quoted on my Gig TV 4K box.

we cancelled the contract with the CI+ and changed GigaTV to GigaTV Premium and Kabel Digital Englisch.
You have now
TV Connect 10,-€
GigaTV Premium HD 14,99€
Kabel Digital Englisch 4,-€
You will get the written confirmations in the next few days, but you can see the changes earlier online in your customer account.
