Hello,
My Vodafone contract jumped from 24,35 € to 60,67 € after a year.
I would expect to pay more because of the first year's discounts but not that much. Also, I've already canceled my GigaTV contract (sent the device back and a letter by post as requested) but I'm still being charged.
Please, can someone help me understand what's happening with my contract and how to pay what was promised to me by the Vodafone seller?

Hi Marcel,
You can send the cancellation via the contact form in the customer portal. Alternatively, a normal postal letter would also work.

what does it say in your order confirmation?
If you have cancelled your TV contract, you should also have received a cancellation confirmation. There is the date. Which one was stated there?

Hi Tina,
I'm not being able to find any cancellation confirmation, unfortunately.
They told me to send a letter and the TV equipment back to Vodafone before the end of the first month, and that's what I did.
Anyway, my "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable" use to cost 19,49 and last month I paid
6,29+46,22 for "Anteilige Abrechnung Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable". This can't be right.

Probably you had a promotiion period of 12 months with a reduced price of 19.99 Euro. After 12 months the price is increased to 69.99 per months. However, after 12 months you can change to a lower tarif, e.g. 50 MBit/s for 29.99 Euro. If you would like to do so, you can ask a moderator of this forum to support.

strg-alt is right. I already have your customer data (I missed this yesterday). The first 12 months are over and so is the discount.
The tv contract is not cancelled. We haven't received any cancellation from you yet.
