[English] Account activation for Internet, telephone and TV

Hello,

I signed for a contract with Vodafone through the phone, I got an email confirmation but I have some doubts though:

1) How can I an associate my online Vodafone account to my contract? I didn't get any activation number.

2) I signed for three services already (Internet, landline and TV), but I'm not yet living in the address I informed you, because I'm moving there only this week (October 13th). Does it pose any problem, like not getting a letter from you at the mailbox?

3) The email I got form you only mentions the Internet, but I also signed up for cable TV and landline. Can you confirm that for me?

4) Regarding mobile phone tariffs, the Vodafone salesman told me he'd call the day after, but it didn't happen. I'm interested in two lines, what do I need to do?

Hi thiagoesser,

the order confirmation was created on 09.10. and sent by mail. There you will find all information about the contract and the registration in the customer portal. Internet & Phone and a TV contract was signed. The hardware was sent to you on 12.10. Everything goes to the address we have on file.
