Hi,
I already requested move using contact form, all good. But now due to pandemic officials are delaying our acceptance date of new home. Since new place has no cable, current contract is due to be cancelled and new one DSL will begin.
Can someone help me to move dates of cancellation and new contract start please?

Also I need the desired date. When do you want the DSL connection to be activated?

Unfortunately due to lost mail we are still unable to receive apartment keys until 1st December.
Can you please help and change move date once more?
Let's close current Kabel account on 15.12.2020 and activate new DSL on the new address at 16.12.2020 if possible?
