[ENG] Moving to New Apartment. No Cable Connection. New Contract?

Hello,

I tried calling the phone Kundenservice for my problem, but they told me to write on the forums instead.

 

I already have a 400 Red Internet and Phone contract at my old apartment, but the new place I'm moving to has the ability to have 1000 Red Internet and Phone contract. I was hoping to get a new contract, but I was already charged the 39euro to move my contract from the old apartment to the new apartment.

 

I moved into my new apartment today. There is nowhere for me to plug in my internet cable Fritzbox. The Hausmeister told me I need to call Vodafone to schedule a technician to come by and change my connection. 

 

Can someone please help me schedule a technician to come to the new apartment to change my connection? And can I have someone help me upgrade my internet speed from 400 to 1000?

Hi Soy,

 

You can order the tariff change after the installation simply via the customer portal.

 

In order for a technician to come to you to install the connection, I need the following data by private message :

 

- Customer number

- Name

- Date of birth

- Address (old and new)

- Phone number so that the technician can make an appointment.

 

Post a short message here in the thread once you have sent the PM.
