Hi, i have been billed double the amount of my contract for the current month. I raised complaints about my internet being dead. and as the solution i was provided a replacement of the router, which I was told, that is free of charge. i received the new router, and i sent back the old one, for which i received a confirmation email as well. Why am i being charged 71 euros instead of a normal 34 euro tariff? i need a clear clarification for this. Also, on the Mein Vodafone portal, you do not show me the invoices, stating something failed to load. here is the details of my transaction. please reply back to me for the reason of this. With refund.
