Recently I used the relocation service to move my contract from my previous address to the new one. This resulted in the cancellation of my old contract, and a new contract for the new address. The old contract appears as terminated in MeinKabel, but the new contract does not appear at all. I also recently received an email with the Kundennummer for the new contract, and it happens to be the same as the previous. I don't understand why the contract appears as cancelled or why I don't have a new contract in MeinKabel.
Second, when making this new contract, I selected that I did not need a router because I thought I could keep using the one I had from the previous contract. However, I shortly after got an email requesting me to return the router. Now I do not have a router and I do not know how to ask for a new one either. What am I supposed to do in this situation?

Thanks for the PM.
At the new address there is currently no connection via Vodafone Kabel Deutschland possible. A new DSL contract has been signed for the new address. You cannot use the cable router for this. It only works in the cable network, but not with DSL. Therefore you must send it to us.
If you have any questions about the new DSL contract, please feel free to post on the right board. The colleagues will then have a look at it.
