Upgrade to CableMax 1000 for existing customer

Hello,

I am currently have a contract with the tarif Red Internet and Phone 50 which started from 03.2019 (Kunden-Nr. XXXXXXXXX).  Now I would like to change to CableMax 1000 and have a few questions:

1. Could I change the tarif from meinkabel kabel portal? How long it will take? And do I have the internet connection during the switching tariff?

2. I see the offer price now is 39.99 Euros in 24 months. So does it increase after 24 month or it will be the same?

3. Will I receive a new WLAN (wifi 6) router when I change to CableMax 1000? And is it free?  (For now I have to pay 2.99 Euros/ month for the WLAN router in Red Internet and Phone 50 Tarif).

as I can see, you already ordered the tariff change.

To be on the safe side, I'll be happy to answer your questions:

- the price remains stable at 39.99 euros for the entire duration and beyond.

- the WLAN option is included in the tariff free of charge.

- according to your order you will get a wifi6 box.
