Dear Team :
I am a customer of Vodafone Cable Internet 1000mbps plan residing in Braunschweig, Lower Saxony.
I will be shifting to a new apartment in the same city (1 kms away) on 15.12.2022 .
Hence , I ordered a MOVE IN request Online on the MeinKabel website on 18.11.2022
However, now I have received a letter via Email stating that “ my request to cancel the Kabel Internet contract has been received and the same will be deactivated on 19.12.2022”
Please note I do not want to cancel the Internet connection but just transfer it to my new apartment.
Can some one help please !
