I cancelled my contact and it should end on 01.25.2021 but my bill for January is from 01.01.2021 - 01.31.2021
Why is that?

Hi Sunbl0cker,
the billing system does not recognize terminations in the future. It first calculates the full month and in the invoice after the cancellation it is corrected.
