I am writing in hope of an answer since I have been deceived by one of you agents. I am one of your users and I am using RED XS, RED + ALLnet and home internet. When I was making the agreement with one of your agent, he insisted that I should take GIGA TV CABLE and SMART BOX as promo 3 months, just to try it out since it will be for free and after the third month I can cancel it if I want to.
Since I don’t need the smart tv box, I called the online service to cancel it, but they told me I cannot cancel the smart box. The thing is, I didn’t even need it. I took it only because your colleague insisted and he said he will help me to cancel it, but now he is not responding to his mobile phone. Your agent ensured me that I will be able to cancel it, but apparently he was lying to me. I am hoping we could resolve this misunderstanding, because I don’t want to pay extra money for service I don’t need.

thanks for your private message. The contract GigaTV exists now since 19th of June 2020. We have also received a signed contract.
The order confirmation has also been sent to you. A withdrawal is possible within 14 days after delivery of the confirmation. Since this is now almost 2 months ago, there is nothing I can do.
Can you send me the conversation about WhatsApp via pn? When did you contact them? What number did you write to?
