Hello,
I saw that I have recently been charged this month for an extra premium TV package that I did not order. After attempting to resolve this via call and email, I have been told that I missed the 14 day cancellation period which I may not have been at home to answer in time.
I have not signed anything, nor verbally agreed to purchase this (and am yet to see evidence of this) and now I am worried that I am going to be stuck with something that I did not order for 12 months. I changed provider because it was cheaper than my previous, so it does not make sense for me to more than double that.
I am posting this here and hope that a member of Vodafone can help me to terminate this contract immediately and refund me.

Hi Alex,
I took a look at it.
In principle, no signature is required for telephone bookings. Therefore you have 14 days after receiving the order confirmation to revoke it.
Since this deadline was only just missed, I have now processed the withdrawal. The incurred fees will be refunded automatically. A written confirmation is on the way to you.

what exactly is this contract? How long has the contract existed? Did you receive an order confirmation? Did you get a device?
If you give us more information, we can get an image of it.

Hello Grit,
We have been booked for Vodafone HD Premium Plus Cable and Vodafone HD Premium Cable (along with the Einmalige Kosten) that I repeat, we never requested. We didn't receive any additional device for this incorrect contract.
We had called regarding another issue on the 21st May and it seems the booking started on this date even though we never asked for any new contracts.
I'd just like to reiterate that we never verbally agreed, nor signed anything and have not seen any evidence of this.

Hello Lars,
Thank you for taking the time to help us out with this.
So just to confirm. you have terminated the contract effective immediately for HD Premium Plus Cable and HD Premium Cable and will refund us for the charge we occurred in our June bill along with the one-time fee meaning we will be back to our original contract totalling 24.98€ per month?
