Hello Team,
Why am i charged 20 euro more for December , why is that ? Usually it is 32.97 but why was i charged 20 more ?
I see in the invoice there is something mentioned regarding FRITZ! Box 7430 which i have returned a month back. Can you please provide more info ?

Did you send back the FritzBox in time -and- to the correct address? And do you have proof of postage?
In case it is "lost in post", you will have to provide proof that the box was lost in postal services in order to get your money back. If you opted for a cheaper service without insurance, a loss in postal services will go to your expenses...

Yes i do have the proof of postage, i sent it via DHL. And it has been sent to the address that was provided with the return sheet. It was shipped on 13.11.2021 and delivered on 16.11.2021
Do i need to attach the proof here ?

Has the promotion phase of your contract with a reduced basic price possibly expired? Either after 6 or 12 months, the basic price increases to the regular list price for all Vodafone DSL or Vodafone cable tariffs known to me. With the Red Internet & Phone 250 DSL then e.g. to 49.99 €, plus the Fritzbox 2.99 € we would be at 52.98 €.

I am using the Red Internet & Phone 100 DSL contract and when i tried upgrading last contract from 50mbps to 100mbps i was offered for the new price 29.99 + 2.99 for the complete 24month cycle. I specifically checked with the support that there is no changes after 6 months or 12 months and then i agreed for it.

What is in your order confirmation? Only that is binding for Vodafone, because an external call center agent cannot make any statements on behalf of Vodafone.

Its the same in my contract, 29.99 + 2.99 for the complete 24 month cycle. And it was not the external call center i spoke with, it was Vodafone direct.

The hotline is pretty much completely outsourced to external call centers. As a rule, you cannot call Vodafone directly.

Strange that the external call centers working for Vodafone can make sales and make contracts but cannot make statements.
Neverthless i just checked my contract and this is for 24 months same price. No where it is mentioned that there will be a price change. How to proceed next steps for the excess amount that is charged ?

Also by the way, i am almost end of contract. My contract ends April 2022 so i am already using the same contract for 20 months now.
