Hi Vodafone community, 

I've been charged 61.92€ and don't know what for. 

 

I've upgraded Kabel Internet from 25mbit to 200mbit, but only getting 90mbit (measured over the cabel not over WIFI), and I contacted support, they said they will send technician to check the line and they will get to me during the week. After few days I got sms that technician checked the line and everything seems fine and that case is closed. My internet is still 90mbit, way slower than what I'm paying for. I went to MediaMarkt to buy new cabel (from wall outlet to the router, I bought the best one, gold plated, in case cabel is not good enough, but still internet is 90mbit. 
PS: Upload speed is 12mbit, as promised. No problem with upload, only with download speed.

I didn't have scheduled time when technician will be at my house, nor they said technician will come to my house, so I didn't expect anyone. So it wouldn't be fair to charge me for that, even though sms is saying technician was able to check the line. I would really appreaciate if I get my money back, especially that I didn't get any help and internet is the same slow. 

So, I have 2 issues - I'm charged 62.92€, and I'm not getting promised Internet speed. I hope this community can help me as I'm not able to speak german on the support hotline.

Hi Stephan, 

Internet speed issue that I mentioned at the beginning is now sorted out and it works fine, I'm getting now 190mbit so it's cool. 

Other issue with charged 61.92€ is still not clear.

Hi naled,

 

the amount is for your mobile contract. The first bill is always higher, because it includes the connection price. Also, the base price is calculated in advance.

Hi BerndD,

for month June Vodafone charged me 33euros for my Kabel Internet, and few days after it charged me again 61.92, in total 95euros for month June. I'm told by salesman I will be still paying 33euros for the next 6 months, then it will increase for 9.99euro for mobile for the next 6 months, and after 12 months for mobile will increase on 14.99, all together. If it's Kombi Packet why is it separate? No one told me for connection price, I'm switching from another provider I'm told by the salesman it will be free to switch. And I don't even have Vodafone number, still using and paying O2 prepaid. Is this normal?

When I click on MeinVodafone > Meine Daten, I got this error :

When I try to Link Vertrag on this screen, I clicked on Mobil Funk:

But when I use my Kabel username or my current phone (O2 prepaid that I want to keep when swith to Vodafone) number with my kunden password I get this errror whenever I try:

So I'm not able to see my mobile data or bills. Can someone pls help me? And one more question, if this goes too far what are my options to terminate contract with Vodafone?

It's "Kombi" because you benefit from special discounts by having subscribed to both a mobile and a Kabel service.

 

However, you'll continue to get two separate bills each month: one for your Kabel and one for your mobile subscription.

I agree, that doesn't sound right.

 

So, to sum up

 

a. you still don't have your Vodafone SIM card

 

b. you've provided the necessary information to us so we can contact O2 and have your prepaid number transferred to Vodafone but, so far, nothing has happened.


I'll look into the matter if you write me a personal message. Please include

 

* your name and address

* your O2 number

* a number where I can contact you to talk matters over
