Changing address Umzugsservice

Good morning,

 

A couple of weeks ago I tried to use the umzugsservice when logged into my account  https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel/meine_kundendaten/umzugsservice and recieved a "successfully submitted" type of message on screen but never recieved a confirmation via email or other notice since then. The moving date is Jan 28th and I hope to be able to take my service with me to the new address. Any help to make a seemless move would be great. 😃

Hi Jeremydxn,

 

according to the screenshot, no cable is possible at the new address. Therefore you are offered DSL. Please go to the link "Zum Angebot".

Hi Jeremydxn,

 

since we already have your data, I could check right away. Unfortunately, I can't find a move notification in the system. Can you please send it again via the move service? Then report back here tomorrow. Then I can see if the new order is in the system.
