Change to CableMax1000 and Cancel GigaTV

Hello,

The contract for both my Red & Internet Phone 100 Cable and GigaTV runs until 23.01.2021 and I have until 30.10.2020 to give notice if I want to cancel.

Even though I have faced numerous disruptions to my service during the past 18 months, I'm hoping that most of these issues are now resolved and I would like to take advantage of the permanent 39,99 per month offer for CableMax 1000. Unfortunatley, this offier isn't available to me in the online portal, but I can see that others have changed their service through these community pages, so I would also like to take advantage of this. Can you help me with this?

Also, as we do not use the service, I would also like to give notice to cancel my GigaTV package. Is this something I can also do through these community pages? If not, can you please let me know how I can do this?

Ich möchte das permanente Angebot von 39,99 pro Monat für CableMax 1000 nutzen. Leider ist dieses Angebot nicht im Online-Portal verfügbar, aber ich kann sehen, dass andere ihren Service über diese Community-Seiten geändert haben, daher möchte ich auch dies ausnutzen. Kannst du mir dabei helfen?

Da wir den Dienst nicht nutzen, möchte ich Sie auch darüber informieren, mein GigaTV-Paket zu stornieren. Kann ich das auch über diese Community-Seiten tun? Wenn nicht, können Sie mich bitte wissen lassen, wie ich das tun kann?

Eine Umstellung auf den Tarif CableMax 1000 kann sicherlich ein Mod hier durchführen.

Der Tarif Giga TV Cable muss - falls gewünscht - rechtzeitig schriftlich gekündigt werden. Eine Stornierung ist nicht moeglich.

ist es für Dich besser in Englisch oder in Deutsch zu schreiben? Der Wechsel auf CableMax ist auf alle Fälle möglich. Die Laufzeit startet mit 24 Monaten neu und einmalig werden 9,99 Euro berechnet.

Is it better for you to write in English or German? The change to CableMax is possible in any case. The term starts with 24 months and a one-time fee of 9,99 Euro is charged.

That is great and the one off 9,99 fee is also fine. What do you need from me to confirm?

Also, I asume it is also still possible to give notice to cancel my GigaTV subscription, even though I am taking out a new 24 month term for the Cablemax connection? Do I just do this via an online form?

the new Internet & Phone contract has nothing to do with the TV contract. You can cancel it via the contact form.

I have now submitted the contact form to cancel my GigaTV contract at the end of its term.

Please let me know what I need to do in order to activate the 39,99 permananent Cablemax1000 offer.
