Everytime I try to change the shipping and invoice method i get a black pageAfter clicking submit on change invoice method to email this page appears

I have changed it to online invoice. This way you can easily view the invoice in the customer portal and download it if necessary. Do you have any further questions?

Yes I wanted to change all communication to email. Save Trees no Paper 🙂 so i tried that option but it fails everytime.
