Cancelling unknown contract

Hello,

 

Sorry I have to write in English, my German is not so good. I tried to contact Customer Service and they suggested me to write in Forum. 

 

Recently, I realized that I have a contract that I never used. I was using cable internet and it looks like this contract is a duplicate one. I never received any device for this contract. I am trying to cancel it but don't know what to do. I also do not have access to it. Could you please help me? Best, Ahmet.

try 2 get an  english speaking agent in the hotline !

 

use the search option on vodafone.de "kündigung" - look 4 a formular 2 contact vodafone by this way 

 

asap - in best case u may be able 2 cancel the second contract by the date u contact vodafone...

but maybe it takes longer - and time is money - especially by spending money on not used contracts or something like this...

(u could better spend it 2 Greenpeace or what ever!?)
