Hi! I was living in Kaiserslautern for couple months and got DLS internet from Vodafone. After leaving I tried cancelling but they said I had to send mail to Vodafone, stating why was I leaving the country and official document that I was leaving. They said I would still have to pay for 3 months. I did it, but since I wanted to know if I successfully cancelled or not I decided to call the customer service, but unfortunately they said no one there speaks English and they couldn't help. Can anyone help from this forum, please?

Hi,
since you have a cable contract with us, I'll continue here.
Your contract cancelled your contract, because of leaving the country. The confirmation was sent on 26.09.2018 to your German address. Probably the mail has overlapped with your move, so that you have not received the letter anymore.
The contract ends on 28.10.2018, i.e. three months after the moving day you told us.
